What we collect
When you send a project brief or contact us, we receive the details you enter: name, company, email, phone number, what you need, your description, estimated budget and timeline. We do not ask for anything we do not need to reply.
The website uses privacy-respecting analytics that measure page views and performance without cookies or cross-site tracking. No advertising trackers are used.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare for a conversation about your project.
- To keep a record of our correspondence while we work together.
- To understand which pages of the website are useful, in aggregate.
We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing. We do not add you to a newsletter or automated sequence.
Where it goes
Briefs are delivered to our inbox through a transactional email provider, and the website runs on a managed cloud hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period after for our records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@avisatechnologies.in and we will respond promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change with it.
